You have 7 days from receiving your order to notify me of any issues (including sizing/imperfections etc). Please have all items returned within 14 days. Unfortunately, if you are outside of the 7/14day time frame we can’t offer you a return or exchange. Please note: if your items are in stock and not picked up within 30 days- the items are NOT eligible for returns.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it- original packaging, unworn and no scents of perfume. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Gift-cards and SALE items (including items from “the closet”) are final sale-not refundable.
*Pre-order items are shipped internationally, directly to customers from the manufacturer. BombShell boutique does not receive the item to inspect. Please notify Us ASAP if there is an issue with your preorder items. Shipping/delivery delays occur which are out of our control- items cannot be returned as a result of delays within shipping/delivery. If you need your order to arrive fast please select DHL/fedex. If preorder items take longer than 60 days to be delivered you may request store credit refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, You will be offered exchange for an alternate size or a refund in the form of STORE CREDIT. If you paid to have your items shipped these shipping fees are nonrefundable. Emails with your store credit info will be sent out 3-5 business days after we have received your return.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Under certain circumstances, sale items maybe exchanged for a different size if available.
Late or Missing Refunds
please allow 3-5 business days after your return has been approved to receive your credit. If you haven’t received your store credit refund yet, please check your email again- including your junk folder.

We only replace items if they are a manufactures defect or damage, at the discretion of the owner. We will only offer an exchange for another item at BombShell Boutique for the value it was purchased.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
