All regular priced items: will be eligible for full refund within a 14 day return policy from date of purchase.
Unfortunately, if you are outside of the 14day time frame we can’t offer you a return or exchange. Please note: if you place an order online and it has not been picked up within 14 days- the items are NOT eligible for returns.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it- original packaging, unworn and no scents of perfume. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to show on your bank account statement.
Gift-cards and SALE items (including items from “the closet”) are final sale-not refundable.
Mask, intimates including bodysuits & jewellery are non-refundable- Final sale.
Holiday return policy starts Dec 1st. Items purchased & marked as gifts will have until January 5th for refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a Refund.
All refunds must be issued on the same method used to purchase. If the credit card etc is unavailable refunds will be issued as store credit/Giftcard. If you paid to have your items shipped these shipping fees are nonrefundable.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale/closet items cannot be refunded. Also intimates & jewelry are FINAL SALE.
Late or Missing Refunds
Returns shipped to our store; please allow 3-5 business days after your return has been approved to receive your refund. If you haven’t received your refund please check your email again- including your junk folder.

We only replace items if they are a manufactures defect or damage, at the discretion of the owner. We will only offer an exchange for another item at BombShell Boutique for the value it was purchased.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
